Jewel Stick in 03 Blaze Pearl - 1.5g (.05 oz) is a dreamy shimmer cream eyeshadow pencil that allows you perfect control to create unique designs around the eyes. Perfect for use as a standard eyeliner pencil, or blendable cream eyeshadow. 

Tip: Pull out the tab at the bottom to sharpen!

HOW TO USE:
Remove pen cap and apply around the eyes as desired. Blend in or use as a standard eyeliner pencil.
